Perform an informal review.
So we use regular, informal reviews to reflect on progress more objectively.
By an informal review, I simply mean a quick check every couple of sessions to gain an overall sense of the benefits someone is gaining from coaching.
Explain that giving an update at the beginning of each session constitutes a natural, informal review.
From Jan's perspective, the coaching sessions went really well and during informal reviews Geoff explained just how much value and benefit he got from the conversations.
